Kyra Savannah Santoro was born on March 22, 1993, in Los Angeles, California. She grew up in Calabasas, California, engaging in commercial work as a child and participating in competitive dance. Her early exposure to the entertainment industry laid the foundation for her diverse career path. ​

Modeling Career

At the age of 18, Kyra began her modeling career by attending open calls at various agencies. Despite facing challenges due to her height of 5'7", she persevered and eventually signed with Wilhelmina Models. Her breakthrough came in 2012 when she was crowned Miss TransWorld Surf, leading to features in prominent publications such as Sports Illustrated (2016 Swimsuit Issue), Maxim, GQ, Men's Health, and Bella Mag. 

Acting Endeavors

Kyra expanded her repertoire into acting, gaining recognition for her role as Ensign Jenny Turco in Fox's sci-fi series "The Orville," appearing in seasons 1 through 3. She also portrayed Nadia in the 2024 film "Model House" and appeared in an episode of the television series "9-1-1" in 2024.
